WizOcean(이하 “당사”)은 Google Play와 App Store를 통해 배포하는 어린이 교육 놀이 앱 누비주(이하 “앱”)를 운영합니다. 이 방침은 보호자에게 공개된 Android 1.3.0 이상과 iOS·iPadOS 1.3.1 버전이 정보를 어떻게 처리하는지 설명하며, 두 플랫폼의 서로 다른 광고·구매 모델을 구분합니다.
핵심 안내앱은 어린이의 개인정보 입력을 요구하지 않으며 계정, 채팅, 댓글 또는 사용자 업로드 기능이 없습니다. 놀이 기록은 기기에 저장되고 WizOcean 서버나 광고 개인화에 사용되지 않습니다. 공개 Android 버전은 제한적인 Google Mobile Ads 전면광고와 일회성 광고 제거를 제공합니다. 공개된 iOS·iPadOS 1.3.1 버전은 광고가 없으며 7종 동물과 2개 놀이가 포함되는 무료 범위와 일회성 전체 이용권으로 구성됩니다.
1. 앱이 직접 받지 않는 정보
앱은 어린이에게 이름, 생년월일, 성별, 이메일 주소, 전화번호, 집 주소 또는 그 밖의 개인정보를 입력하도록 요구하지 않습니다. 회원가입, 로그인, 사용자 프로필, 채팅, 댓글, 사용자 업로드, 위치, 연락처, 카메라 또는 마이크 기능도 제공하지 않습니다.
2. 기기에 저장되는 정보와 선택적 원격 구성
수집한 동물과 뱃지, 놀이 날짜와 횟수, 동물별 정답 확인 날짜와 숙달 상태, 선택한 주제·언어·소리·난이도 설정은 놀이를 이어가기 위해 기기 내 앱 저장공간에 저장됩니다. Android에서는 광고 표시 간격과 광고 제거 상태를, iOS에서는 전체 이용권 상태를 같은 방식으로 로컬에 보관합니다. 앱을 삭제하면 이 로컬 사본을 삭제할 수 있고, Android에서는 설정의 앱 데이터 삭제로도 지울 수 있습니다. 플랫폼 백업 또는 기기 이전을 사용하면 Apple, Google과 기기 설정에 따라 일부 사본이 복원될 수 있습니다.
이 방침이 적용되는 출시 구성에는 Supabase URL 또는 API 키가 주입되지 않으므로 앱은 Supabase에 연결하지 않습니다. 검수된 47종 동물 정보는 앱에 포함된 자료를 사용하며, 놀이·도감·숙달 기록을 Supabase나 다른 WizOcean 서버에 업로드하지 않습니다. 향후 원격 콘텐츠를 사용하기 전에 실제 전송 내용에 맞춰 이 방침과 스토어 신고를 갱신합니다.
3. 읽어주기(TTS)
읽어주기 버튼을 누르면 앱에 미리 작성된 동물 이름과 상식 문구만 기기에 설치된 음성 합성(TTS) 엔진에 전달합니다. 앱은 어린이의 음성을 녹음하거나 마이크를 사용하지 않으며, 어린이가 입력한 문장을 TTS에 보내지 않습니다. 설치된 TTS 엔진이 네트워크 음성을 사용하는지는 해당 엔진과 기기 설정에 따르며 그 제공자의 정책이 적용됩니다.
4. Android의 어린이용 제한 광고와 iOS의 광고 없음
Android: 무료 앱은 Google Mobile Ads 전면광고를 사용합니다. 모든 광고 요청은 어린이 대상 처리, 최대 G 등급, 비개인화 광고로 제한합니다. 배너, 보상형, 네이티브 광고와 미디에이션은 사용하지 않으며 Android 광고 ID(AD_ID) 권한을 요청하지 않습니다. 어린이의 놀이·도감·숙달 기록을 광고 개인화에 사용하지 않습니다.
Android의 첫 완료 놀이는 광고가 없습니다. 이후에도 광고는 놀이를 끝내고 결과 화면에서 홈으로 돌아갈 때만 최소 15분 간격, 기기의 현지 날짜 기준 하루 최대 3회 표시될 수 있습니다. 시작·재개, 문제 풀이, 오답·오류, 뒤로가기와 다시 하기에서는 광고를 요청하지 않습니다. 광고 실패는 화면 이동을 막지 않으며 광고 제거 권리가 있으면 광고를 요청하거나 표시하지 않습니다.
Google Mobile Ads는 Android 광고 제공, 빈도 제어, 측정, 보안과 진단을 위해 IP 주소에서 추정한 대략적인 위치, 앱·기기 정보와 기기 또는 기타 식별자, 광고 노출·상호작용, 제품 상호작용, 성능·충돌·기타 진단 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 구체적인 처리와 보유는 Google 개인정보처리방침과 실제 광고 설정에 따릅니다. 비개인화·어린이 대상 설정도 Google SDK의 기술 정보 처리가 전혀 없다는 뜻은 아닙니다.
iOS·iPadOS 1.3.1: iPhone과 iPad 버전에는 제3자 광고, Google Mobile Ads와 광고 신고 기능이 없습니다. 앱은 iOS와 iPadOS에서 광고 식별자 접근을 요청하거나 App Tracking Transparency(ATT) 화면을 표시하지 않습니다.
5. 플랫폼별 보호자 구매와 복원
Android: 보호자는 입력식 곱셈 확인 뒤 Google Play의 일회성 remove_ads를 구매·복원할 수 있습니다. 5가지 놀이와 47종 동물은 구매하지 않아도 이용할 수 있고 이 상품은 Android 전면광고만 제거합니다.
iOS·iPadOS 1.3.1: 광고 없는 무료 범위에는 7종 동물, 사는 곳 찾기·부위 확대 2개 놀이, ‘전체’ 테마와 7종 도감이 포함됩니다. 보호자는 같은 확인 문제를 거쳐 App Store의 일회성 비소모성 nubizoo_full_access를 구매·복원해 나머지 콘텐츠를 열 수 있습니다. 구독·자동 갱신·반복 결제가 아니며, 실제 가격과 Family Sharing 제공 여부는 App Store 구매 화면의 표시를 기준으로 합니다.
Google 또는 Apple이 결제수단을 처리하며 앱과 WizOcean은 카드 번호나 계좌 정보를 받지 않습니다. 이 방침이 적용되는 출시 구성에는 WizOcean 영수증 검증 서버 주소가 설정되어 있지 않습니다. 앱은 플랫폼에 맞는 정확한 상품, 구매·복원 상태와 비어 있지 않은 검증 데이터를 확인한 뒤 권리와 구매 검증 데이터를 기기 내 앱 저장공간에 보관합니다. 놀이 기록과 연결하거나 WizOcean 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 로컬 사본은 삭제될 수 있고 복원은 해당 스토어의 구매 기록을 다시 조회합니다. 구매·환불 기록은 각 스토어의 방침에 따라 처리됩니다. 서버 검증을 연결하기 전에 이 방침과 스토어 개인정보 신고를 갱신합니다.
6. 외부 서비스와 이 웹페이지
Google Play·Android와 Apple App Store·iOS·iPadOS는 현재 앱의 배포, 설치, 업데이트와 구매를 위해 각 회사의 정책에 따라 기술·거래 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 누비주 소개 페이지는 공개가 확인된 Google Play와 App Store의 앱 페이지에 연결합니다.
앱의 개인정보처리방침 링크는 외부 브라우저에서 WizOcean이 제공하는 이 페이지(wiz-ocean.com/nubizoo/privacy)를 엽니다. Notion으로 연결하거나 앱의 놀이 기록을 이 웹페이지로 보내지 않습니다. 이 페이지에는 분석·광고 스크립트, 외부 임베드 또는 원격 글꼴이 없습니다. 웹페이지 제공과 보안을 위해 호스팅 인프라가 IP 주소, 브라우저·기기 정보 및 요청 시각이 포함된 통상적인 접속 로그를 처리할 수 있습니다.
Google, Apple 또는 웹 호스팅 제공자의 처리는 이용자의 국가 밖에서 이루어질 수 있습니다. 당사는 어린이의 놀이 기록을 판매하거나 광고 목적으로 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
7. 이메일 문의, 삭제와 방침 변경
보호자가 자발적으로 ceo@wiz-ocean.com으로 문의하면 당사는 답변과 문제 해결을 위해 발신 이메일 주소, 본문·첨부 정보 및 문의·답변 이력을 처리할 수 있습니다. 어린이의 불필요한 개인정보를 이메일에 포함하지 말아 주세요. 문의 기록은 해결에 필요한 기간 동안 보관하며, 법령 준수·권리 보호·분쟁 해결을 위해 더 오래 보관해야 하는 경우에는 해당 기간 동안 보관할 수 있습니다.
기기에 저장된 놀이 기록과 설정은 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 제거로 삭제할 수 있습니다. 스토어 구매 기록은 Google 또는 Apple의 계정·구매 관리 기능을 이용해 확인해야 합니다. 이메일로 제공한 정보의 열람·삭제 요청, Android의 부적절한 광고 신고 또는 이 방침에 관한 질문은 위 이메일이나 누비주 지원 페이지를 이용해 주세요. 앱 기능, 이용 서비스 또는 관련 법령이 바뀌면 이 페이지의 최종 수정일과 내용을 갱신합니다.

WizOcean (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates NubiZoo (the “App”), an educational play app for children distributed through Google Play and the App Store. This Policy explains how the public Android 1.3.0-and-later and iOS/iPadOS 1.3.1 releases handle information, and distinguishes their different advertising and purchase models.
At a glanceThe App does not ask children to enter personal information and has no account, chat, comment, or user-upload feature. Play records stay on the device and are not used by WizOcean for ad personalization. The public Android release has limited Google Mobile Ads interstitials and a one-time Remove Ads purchase. The public iOS/iPadOS 1.3.1 release has no advertising and is configured with a free content scope plus a one-time Full Access product.
1. Information the App does not directly receive
The App does not ask children to enter a name, date of birth, gender, email address, telephone number, home address, or other personal information. It does not provide account registration, sign-in, user profiles, chat, comments, user uploads, location, contacts, camera, or microphone features.
2. On-device storage and optional remote configuration
Collected animals and badges, play dates and counts, per-animal answer-confirmation dates and mastery status, and selected theme, language, sound and difficulty settings are stored in the App’s local storage so play can continue. Android also stores ad-cadence and Remove Ads state locally; iOS stores Full Access state locally. A user can delete this local copy by uninstalling the App, and Android also permits clearing App data in settings. A platform backup or device transfer may restore some copies according to Apple, Google, and device settings.
The release configuration covered by this Policy is distributed without an injected Supabase URL or API key, so the App does not connect to Supabase. It uses the reviewed 47-animal catalog bundled with the App and does not upload play, album, or mastery records to Supabase or another WizOcean server. We will update this Policy and the relevant store disclosures before using remote content in a future release.
3. Read aloud (TTS)
When a read-aloud button is pressed, the App passes only prewritten animal names and facts to the text-to-speech (TTS) engine installed on the device. The App does not record a child’s voice, use the microphone, or send child-entered text to TTS. Whether an installed TTS engine uses a network voice depends on that engine and device settings and is governed by its provider’s policy.
4. Child-restricted advertising on Android; no advertising on iOS
Android: The free App uses Google Mobile Ads interstitials. Every ad request is restricted to child-directed treatment, a maximum G rating, and non-personalized ads. There are no banner, rewarded, native, or mediated placements, and the Android App does not request the advertising-ID (AD_ID) permission. Children's play, album, and mastery records are not used for ad personalization.
The first completed Android session is ad-free. Later, an ad may appear only when returning Home from a completed result, at least 15 minutes apart and no more than three times per device-local day. The Android App does not request an ad at launch or resume, during questions, after a wrong answer or error, on Back, or on Replay. A missing or failed ad never blocks navigation, and an entitled Remove Ads purchaser receives no ad request or display.
For Android ad delivery, frequency control, measurement, security, and diagnostics, Google Mobile Ads may process approximate location inferred from IP address, app and device information and device or other identifiers, advertising views and interactions, product interactions, performance, crash, and other diagnostic information. Details and retention are governed by Google's Privacy Policy and the actual advertising configuration. Child-directed and non-personalized settings do not mean that the Google SDK processes no technical information.
iOS/iPadOS 1.3.1: The iPhone and iPad version has no third-party advertising, Google Mobile Ads, or in-app ad-reporting feature. It does not request access to an advertising identifier or present an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt.
5. Parent purchases and restoration by platform
Android: After a typed multiplication check, a parent may purchase or restore the one-time Google Play remove_ads product. All five activities and 47 animals are available without purchasing; this product removes only Android interstitial advertising.
iOS/iPadOS 1.3.1: Its ad-free scope includes 7 animals, Find Their Home and Zoom In, the “All” theme, and the corresponding 7-animal collection. A parent can use the same parent check to purchase or restore the one-time non-consumable nubizoo_full_access through the App Store and unlock the remaining content. It is not a subscription and has no auto-renewal or recurring charge. Actual price and Family Sharing availability are shown on the App Store purchase screen.
Google or Apple handles payment methods; the App and WizOcean do not receive a card number or bank-account information. The release configuration covered by this Policy has no WizOcean receipt-verification server address. The App checks the platform's exact product, purchased/restored state, and non-empty verification data, then keeps the entitlement and purchase verification data in local App storage. It is not linked to play records or sent to a WizOcean server. Uninstalling can delete the local copy; restoration queries the applicable store's purchase history again. Each store handles purchase and refund records under its own policy. We will update this Policy and store privacy disclosures before connecting server verification.
6. External services and this webpage
Google Play and Android, and the Apple App Store and iOS/iPadOS, may process technical and transaction information under their respective policies for the App's current distribution, installation, updates, and purchases. The NubiZoo landing page links to the verified public Google Play and App Store listings.
The App’s privacy-policy link opens this WizOcean-hosted page (wiz-ocean.com/nubizoo/privacy) in an external browser. It does not open Notion, and the App does not send play records to this webpage. This page contains no analytics or advertising scripts, external embeds, or remote fonts. Hosting infrastructure may process standard access logs, including IP address, browser and device information, and request time, as necessary to deliver and secure the webpage.
Google, Apple, or a web-hosting provider may process information on servers outside the user’s country. We do not sell children’s play records or disclose them to third parties for advertising purposes.
7. Email inquiries, deletion, and changes
If a parent voluntarily contacts ceo@wiz-ocean.com, we may process the sender’s email address, message and attachments, and inquiry and response history to answer the inquiry and resolve the issue. Please do not include unnecessary personal information about a child. We retain support correspondence only as long as needed to resolve the inquiry, unless longer retention is required by law or needed to protect rights or resolve a dispute.
On-device play records and settings can be deleted by clearing the App's data or uninstalling it. Store purchase history must be managed through Google or Apple's account and purchase tools. Use the email above or the NubiZoo support page to request access to or deletion of information voluntarily sent to WizOcean, report an inappropriate Android ad, or ask about this Policy. We will update this page and its “Last updated” date if the App, service providers, or applicable laws change.

概要本アプリは子どもに個人情報の入力を求めず、アカウント、チャット、コメント、ユーザー投稿の機能がありません。あそびの記録は端末内に保存され、WizOcean が広告のパーソナライズに利用することはありません。公開中の Android 版には制限付き広告と1回限りの広告削除があります。公開中の iOS・iPadOS 1.3.1 には広告がなく、無料範囲と1回限りのフルアクセス商品があります。
1. 本アプリが直接受け取らない情報
本アプリは、子どもに氏名、生年月日、性別、メールアドレス、電話番号、住所その他の個人情報の入力を求めません。アカウント登録、ログイン、ユーザープロフィール、チャット、コメント、ユーザー投稿、位置情報、連絡先、カメラまたはマイクの機能も提供しません。
2. 端末内の保存と任意のリモート設定
集めたどうぶつとバッジ、あそんだ日と回数、どうぶつごとの正解確認日と習得状態、選択したテーマ・言語・音・難易度は、あそびを続けるため端末内の本アプリ用ストレージに保存されます。Android では広告表示間隔と広告削除状態を、iOS ではフルアクセス状態を同じように端末内へ保存します。本アプリを削除するとローカルデータを削除でき、Android では設定からアプリデータを消去することもできます。プラットフォームのバックアップまたは端末移行により、Apple、Google および端末の設定に従って一部のコピーが復元される場合があります。
本ポリシーの対象となるリリース構成には Supabase URL または API キーを設定していないため、本アプリは Supabase に接続しません。本アプリに同梱した確認済みの47種類のどうぶつデータを使用し、あそび・ずかん・習得の記録を Supabase または他の WizOcean サーバーへアップロードしません。将来リモートコンテンツを使用する前に、実際の送信内容に合わせて本ポリシーとストア申告を更新します。
3. 読み上げ（TTS）
読み上げボタンを押すと、本アプリにあらかじめ用意されたどうぶつの名前と豆知識だけを、端末にインストールされた音声合成（TTS）エンジンへ渡します。本アプリは子どもの声を録音せず、マイクを使用せず、子どもが入力した文章を TTS に送りません。TTS エンジンがネットワーク音声を使うかどうかは、端末と選択されたエンジンの設定および提供者のポリシーに従います。
4. Android の子ども向け制限広告と iOS の広告なし
Android：無料版は Google Mobile Ads の全画面広告を使用します。すべての広告リクエストを子ども向け処理、最大 G レーティング、非パーソナライズ広告に制限します。バナー、リワード、ネイティブ広告およびメディエーションは使用せず、Android の広告 ID（AD_ID）権限を要求しません。子どものあそび・ずかん・習得記録を広告のパーソナライズに使用しません。
Android で最初に完了したあそびには広告がありません。その後も、完了結果からホームへ戻るときだけ15分以上の間隔、端末の現地日付で1日最大3回表示される場合があります。起動・再開、問題、まちがい・エラー、戻る、もう一度あそぶ操作では広告をリクエストしません。広告が準備できない場合や失敗した場合も画面移動を妨げず、広告削除の権利がある場合は広告をリクエストまたは表示しません。
Google Mobile Ads は、Android の広告配信、頻度制御、測定、セキュリティおよび診断のため、IP アドレスから推定したおおよその位置、アプリ・端末情報および端末その他の識別子、広告の表示・操作、製品との操作、性能・クラッシュ・その他の診断情報を処理する場合があります。具体的な処理と保存は Google プライバシーポリシーおよび実際の広告設定に従います。子ども向け・非パーソナライズ設定であっても、Google SDK による技術情報の処理が一切ないという意味ではありません。
iOS・iPadOS 1.3.1：iPhone・iPad 版には第三者広告、Google Mobile Ads、アプリ内の広告報告機能がありません。広告識別子へのアクセスを要求せず、App Tracking Transparency（ATT）の画面を表示しません。
5. プラットフォーム別の保護者による購入と復元
Android：保護者は入力式の掛け算確認後、Google Play の1回限りの商品 remove_ads を購入・復元できます。5つのあそびと47種類のどうぶつは購入しなくても利用でき、この商品は Android の全画面広告だけを削除します。
iOS・iPadOS 1.3.1：広告なしの無料範囲には7種類のどうぶつと2つのあそびが含まれます。保護者確認後、App Store の1回限りの非消耗型商品 nubizoo_full_access を購入・復元し、残りのコンテンツを利用できます。サブスクリプションではなく、自動更新や継続課金はありません。実際の価格とファミリー共有の提供可否は、App Store の購入画面を基準とします。
支払方法は Google または Apple が処理し、本アプリと WizOcean はカード番号や口座情報を受け取りません。本ポリシーの対象となるリリース構成には WizOcean のレシート検証サーバーのアドレスが設定されていません。本アプリはプラットフォームに合う正確な商品、購入・復元状態、空でない検証データを確認し、権利と購入検証データを端末内に保存します。あそびの記録と関連付けず、WizOcean のサーバーへ送信しません。本アプリを削除するとローカルコピーが消去される場合があり、復元は該当ストアの購入履歴を再照会します。購入・返金記録は各ストアのポリシーに従って処理されます。サーバー検証を接続する前に、本ポリシーとストアのプライバシー申告を更新します。
6. 外部サービスと本ウェブページ
Google Play・Android と Apple App Store・iOS・iPadOS は、現在の配信、インストール、更新、購入のため、それぞれのポリシーに従って技術情報・取引情報を取り扱う場合があります。紹介ページは、公開が確認された Google Play と App Store のアプリページにリンクします。
本アプリのプライバシーポリシーへのリンクは、外部ブラウザで WizOcean が提供する本ページ（wiz-ocean.com/nubizoo/privacy）を開きます。Notion は開かず、本アプリはあそびの記録を本ページへ送信しません。本ページには分析・広告スクリプト、外部埋め込み、リモートフォントがありません。ウェブページの提供と保護に必要な範囲で、ホスティング基盤が IP アドレス、ブラウザ・端末情報、リクエスト時刻を含む標準的なアクセスログを処理する場合があります。
Google、Apple またはウェブホスティング提供者が、利用者の居住国以外のサーバーで情報を取り扱う場合があります。当社は子どものあそびの記録を販売せず、広告目的で第三者に提供しません。
7. メールでのお問い合わせ、削除および変更
保護者が任意で ceo@wiz-ocean.com へ連絡した場合、当社は回答と問題解決のため、送信者のメールアドレス、本文・添付情報、お問い合わせと回答の履歴を取り扱う場合があります。子どもの不要な個人情報をメールに含めないでください。お問い合わせ記録は解決に必要な期間のみ保存します。ただし、法令上必要な場合、権利保護または紛争解決に必要な場合は、その期間保存することがあります。
端末内のあそびの記録と設定は、アプリデータの消去または本アプリの削除により削除できます。ストアの購入履歴は Google または Apple のアカウント・購入管理機能から確認してください。WizOcean へ任意に提供した情報の開示・削除請求、Android の不適切な広告の報告、または本ポリシーに関するご質問は、上記メールアドレスまたはヌビズーサポートページをご利用ください。本アプリ、利用するサービスまたは適用法令が変更された場合、本ページの内容と最終改定日を更新します。
